Help Desk
Is your current IT provider slow in responding?
At Novus IT our team make customer service our number one priority. Our locally manned Glasgow help-desk has the skills to solve all of your IT issues.
If you are on our support package you can contact the team using email or phone and also through our Remote Support function that lets us take control of your PC and fix any issues there and then to get you back up and running quickly. This saves waiting for a technician to come out and keeps costs low.
